- One account per household is the standard unless multi-device plans are purchased.
- Commercial broadcasting or redistribution of our stream is strictly prohibited.
- Stable internet connection (20Mbps+) is required for optimal 4K experience.
2. Billing, Activations & Renewals
Subscriptions are typically activated within 5-10 minutes of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future renewals with prior notice to existing subscribers.
- All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
- Renewal reminders are sent prior to subscription expiry.
- Price adjustments reflect market conditions and content expansion.
3. Prohibited Activities
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund:
- Re-streaming content to external platforms or websites.
- Attempting to bypass encryption protocols or geo-fencing.
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Using automated tools to scrape or download content.
4. Limitation of Liability
PlayMaxTV is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to external factors like internet provider issues, maintenance, or hardware failure at the user end. We strive for 99.9% uptime.
